Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers that fall within the themes and topics of the conference. Submissions should present significant contributions to research and practice, including innovative methodologies, theoretical advancements, case studies, or practical applications relevant to the conference scope. Papers submitted must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal.
All manuscripts must be prepared in English using the official conference template and formatted according to the standards recommended by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Submissions should include a clear structure consisting of a title, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review where relevant, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references formatted according to IET citation guidelines.
Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions meet high academic and ethical standards, including proper acknowledgment of sources, accurate reporting of results, and strict adherence to plagiarism policies.
All papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by members of the conference scientific committee and external experts to evaluate the originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and clarity of the research. Based on the reviewers’ evaluations, papers may be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected.
Accepted and presented papers will be included in the official conference proceedings. Authors of accepted papers are required to address reviewers’ comments, submit the final camera-ready version within the specified deadline, and complete the conference registration to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.
In addition, selected high-quality papers may be invited for extended versions to be considered for publication in special issues of indexed journals or partner publications, subject to further review and editorial policies.
